Binna Burra is a mountain lodge and campsite located 105 km south of Brisbane and around 45 km west of Surfers Paradise.
Its spectacular cliff-top location is about 800m above sea level and directly adjoins the mountain rainforests of World Heritage listed Lamington National Park. Binna Burra is a perfect gateway or base-camp from which you can explore some of the 160 km or so of well maintained and sign-posted walking tracks which will guide you through the national park.
The track system enables you to enjoy the natural beauty of the jungle, its waterfalls, lookouts, and the incredible bio-diversity of life found within the rainforest community.
Come up just for the day or better still, stay a couple of nights. The nightlife is sensational!
The campsite has a lovely rainforest setting, and furnished permanent on-site safari style tents are great value for the traveller.

Springbrook National Park is a World Heritage listed wilderness area, most of which is spread out high on a sloping plateau, 105 km south of Brisbane & around 45km south-west of Surfers Paradise.
The Springbrook plateau, like its mountain neighbours hasa massive ancient shield volcano to thank for its geological features.
It’s imposing profile and position close to the warm waters of the Coral Sea catches a high annual rainfall, so it is no surprise that along with its beautiful rainforest, the many waterfalls in the park are a highlight for those of us who enjoy walking.
Springbrook National Park offers its visitors a variety of well maintained tracks that allow easy access to some of the best lookouts, waterfalls and rainforest habitats to be found anywhere in Australia.
We make use of the bus as needed throughout the day, connecting you with the some of the many highlights and walks available.
